The WARP (Wide Area ReProduction) technology was developed by Artio to emulate the sound of full-size speakers in headphones by partially mixing the signals of the left and right channels. When we listen to a stereo system with full-size speakers, each ear picks up the radiation from both speakers, which does not happen if we listen to headphones. WARP technology eliminates this difference by bringing the headphones closer to full-size speakers.
