Triangle AIO TWIN: turntable with speakers
The French company Triangle in collaboration with the Austrian company Pro-Ject presented the AIO TWIN kit, which includes a turntable and a pair of active wireless speakers. Triangle AIO TWIN offers aspiring audiophiles a complete system that combines analog sound quality and ease of use.
Triangle AIO Twin powered speakers support Bluetooth 5.0 wireless with aptX for easy music streaming from mobile devices. And the presence of a Wi-Fi adapter allows you to broadcast tracks in high resolution (24 bit / 192 kHz) through the free Triangle AIO app for iOS and Android. The application allows you to stream from popular streaming services to AIO TWIN and provides access to your home music library on a server on the network.
You can also add AIO TWIN to the rest of the network devices in the AIO ecosystem and use LinkPlay to control streaming in every room, adjust sound settings and combine audio systems with each other right from the app. You also have access to all internet radio stations around the world via TuneIn.
The AIO TWIN loudspeakers are equipped with an inch Triangle silk dome tweeter with neodymium magnet system and a 13cm driver with a concave treated paper membrane without a dust cap for increased rigidity. The speakers are powered by a 50W class D amplifier.
The Triangle AIO TWIN sound system is available in a variety of finishes – neutral, color or more traditional, with aluminum feet and rubber pads for vibration isolation. Triangle has been collaborating with the textile brand Gabriel for several years to produce protective grills, and the AIO TWIN speaker grilles are made from Gabriel’s Bond branded acoustically transparent fabric.
The turntable with MDF table, aluminum arm and Ortofon OM-10E cartridge complements the AIO TWIN system. In addition, Triangle offers a Tales 340 powered subwoofer to enhance bass response if desired.
AIO TWIN speakers are available in Graphite Black, Frosted White, Linen Gray, Abyss Blue for 699 euros. Maple veneer will be available from September 2021 for €799. The AIO TWIN turntable set will cost €999 for the color-matched finish and €1,099 for the wood veneer speakers and black turntable.
