Audio Akustyka – a new model of speakers on 15-inch coax

The Polish company Audio Akustyka has released a new model of floor speakers with a 2.5-band configuration and built on the basis of a large coaxial speaker with a main diffuser made of cellulose with a diameter of 15 inches.

In its center is a dome tweeter, equipped with an additional overlay of sound-absorbing material designed to absorb early reflections and reduce the level of intermodulation distortion. All internal wiring is made of copper cable with a silver coating, and in the speaker cable connector block there is a special terminal for additional grounding of the speaker.

Also, the design provides a three-band tone control. The speakers have a sensitivity of 95 dB and are designed to be connected to the 4-ohm output of tube amplifiers. The weight of each column is 80 kilograms.
