Bang & Olufsen Beolit 20 Bluetooth speaker: extended battery and built-in Qi wireless charging

The Beolit 20 Bluetooth speaker replaces the Bang & Olufsen Beolit 17, which we talked about a few years ago. Externally, Beolit 20 is almost no different from its predecessor – except that the multi-function button has given way to the play/pause button.

The internal changes were made to the energy sector: Beolit 20 was equipped with a Qi wireless charging pad that can be used to charge other devices. At the same time, the novelty itself received a USB-C charging port and from one full charge of the built-in 3200 mAh battery is ready to work one third more than the previous model. Promised 37 hours of listening at low volume (8 at normal and up to 4 hours at maximum volume).

The speaker configuration of the Beolit 20 remains the same: the 5.5 “woofer is driven by a pair of 4” passive radiators and is complemented by three 1.5 “mid and bass drivers.

So the Beolit 20 speaker can form an equal stereo pair not only with its own kind, but also with the Beolit 17, using the same Bluetooth 4.2. The novelty is released in gray and black colors.
