Boenicke Audio Power Gate conditioner: minimum contact surfaces and Lessloss Firewall 64X filters

Boenicke Audio’s Power Gate air conditioner is designed to minimize any contact connections. The founder and chief designer of Boenicke Audio, Sven Boenicke, explained this by the fact that the inevitable oxidation of contact surfaces leads to unpredictable variability of their electrical parameters with the addition of semiconductor effects. This non-linearity has a fatal effect on the quality of the power supply and the sound of the audio components.

The contacts in the Power Gate are replaced with silver solder. In addition, the system includes: four Lessloss Firewall 64X filters, Bybee Quantum Purifier AC “quantum cleaners”, one serial and two parallel resonator circuits, and a virtual ground noise removal module.

The system is equipped with four Furutech FI-E30 Schuko-type outlets and can have up to seven non-detachable M2 proprietary power cables for individual audio components. Another such cable supplies power to the device itself.

Power Gate can be customized with the required number of power cables of the required length. The model is produced in a solid oak or walnut cabinet, finished in accordance with B2 fire safety standards.

The cost of Power Gate in the basic version (with an input power cable 1 m long, excluding output cables) is from 7,960 Swiss francs. Each outgoing M2 cable will cost an additional 2,540 francs.
