Grado launches fully wireless GT220 headphones

The new Grado GT220 headphones are the company’s first fully wireless headphones. According to the developers, the model was created taking into account all proprietary technologies and production principles that ensure a high level of quality. The company said that in the GT220, as in previous models, sound is in the first place, not flashy design.

The headphones used specially tuned 8-mm emitters. The manufacturer promised to sound “with character”. A Bluetooth 5.0 module with aptX and AAC support is responsible for wireless audio transmission.

Grado tried to make the headphones comfortable and lightweight. The weight of one earphone is 5 grams. A single battery charge lasts 6 hours, but the included case will provide a total of 36 hours of use. The case itself can be charged via USB or wirelessly using Qi technology.

The headphones support touch controls and voice assistants. It is also possible to answer calls.
