Joe Bonamassa’s documentary “Guitar Man” will be released in December

Paramount Home Entertainment has announced the release of the documentary “Guitar Man” about blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa. The picture will be released on December 8.

The fans were promised the true story of Bonamassa: the film will tell about his childhood, idols and career, which culminated in concerts at the Albert Hall and joint work with BB King and Clapton.

In addition to interviews with renowned musicians and producers, Guitar Man will show Bonamassa’s work in the studio and on stage. Also, fans are waiting for rare behind-the-scenes footage.

The film was produced by Kevin Shirley, who has worked with Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Journey and other stars. The directors are Shirley and Philippe Klose, who previously filmed the concerts.

The film “Guitar Man” will be released on December 8 on popular VoD services. DVDs and Blu-ray discs have not yet been reported.
