Marilyn Manson will release a concept album (Video)
Marilyn Manson has announced the release of his new album “We Are Chaos”. The album will be released on September 11, 2020 on Loma Vista Recordings, and on July 29, the musician presented a video for the title song, directed by Matt Mahurin. In the creepy video, various metamorphoses occur with the performer: he turns into a skull and bones, a tablet, a vessel with a strange liquid, other people, and even a mobile for a baby’s crib.
“This is a concept album” – Manson says. “There are so many rooms, closets, safes, and drawers. But in the shower or in your Museum of memories, the worst thing is always the mirrors. Fragments and fragments of ghosts haunted me as I wrote most of these texts”.
For the cover of Marilyn Manson used a picture of his own authorship “Infinite Darkness”, the same name and one of the ten tracks of the new album.
