OnePlus Buds Z: Bluetooth Fast Switching and Virtual Dolby Atmos

OnePlus has announced the aggressively cheap OnePlus Buds Z wireless earbuds – priced at just $ 46 in the US. Moreover, unlike the predecessor OnePlus Buds, the kit was supplemented with three pairs of silicone earbuds, leaving the AirPods form.

The novelty is equipped with 10-mm speakers and implemented technology to enhance the bass to create, according to OnePlus, “heartbreaking sound.” In addition, OnePlus Buds Z promises virtual support for Dolby Atmos. For the convenience of telephone communication, the headphones received a background noise reduction function to highlight the voice of its owner. The earbuds have also received an IP55 sweat resistance rating.

For wireless communication, the OnePlus Buds Z uses Bluetooth 5.0 with a “quick switch” function. Headphones can switch almost instantly between the last two source devices.

OnePlus Buds Z are ready to work for 5 hours on a single charge. The use of a charging case, in which the headphones are placed horizontally for compactness, brings this time to 20 hours. Ten minutes of charging will add three hours of listening time.
