Porsche Design 911 Special Edition: resonator soundbar from the Porsche 911 GT3 sports coupe
Porsche Design has announced a special edition of the 911 Soundbar. It inherits the main features of the previous 911 Black Edition, which is also available in the Porsche Design 911, which we already wrote about.
Made in Germany, the 20kg 911 Special Edition by Porsche Design still includes a flat MDF base on top of which a Helmholtz resonator is mounted from the exhaust system of a Porsche 911 GT3.
The power of the novelty has been increased by one and a half times – up to 300 watts. It now supports Spotify Connect and Chromecast is available. HDMI switching is designed to work with 4K. The 911 Special Edition is a 2.1 surround sound system and supports Dolby Atmos.
This time the model is released in a contrasting combination of white base and black metal details. In addition, each of the soundbars will be decorated with a sign with a unique number. In total, it is supposed to release 500 copies, they will go on sale in December.
The cost of the Porsche Design 911 Special Edition soundbar in the US is already known – $4,750.
