Rumors: next-generation Symfonisk speakers from Sonos and IKEA to be unveiled in June

The data of the IKEA marketing plan was partially leaked to the network, and among them was the “virtual press event Symfonisk”. It is scheduled for June 14, and the name alone is enough to conclude that the next iteration of Symfonisk furniture acoustics is coming soon.

This is a joint project between Sonos and IKEA, which began 4 years ago. This time around, the updated Symfonisk is rumored to be combined with a fixture as well. But at the same time, it will be complemented by another model. It is said to be a “wall art” column.

Information about these new products gradually appeared before – for example, traditionally, design features were found in the FCC documentation. In particular, the refreshed Symfonisk luminaire is expected to remain at roughly the same price point at $180.
