Audio Note reveals new belt drive CD transport

British firm Audio Note has revealed on its Facebook page the insides of the new CD transport, which will hit the market at the end of January next year. The model received a belt drive.

The device was developed by a professional engineer Darko Greguras, who joined the company in 2014, and before that had worked in several other European firms.

Audio Note has already sold several “beta” versions of new items. The company said that “no digital source has ever sounded so close to analog”.

So far, the company has not reported any additional information and characteristics, but at the beginning of next year they promised to tell more about the model.
