At the same time, Pioneer DJ HDJ-CX without a cable weigh only 136g, which is great for long sessions. In such medium-sized headphones, it was possible to place 35mm drivers with membranes made of a new composite material PEEK-PU-PEEK. With them, the headphones work out the range from 5 Hz to 30 kHz and withstand power up to 2,000 mW per earpiece. With a sensitivity of 103 dB, it should turn out loud.

The cups are equipped with bass-reflex chambers – this evens out the low-frequency response, and sound insulation has been added to reduce external noise. Headphones are equipped with a pair of cables with a 3.5 mm jack, twisted and regular. It also comes with a pair of replacement ear pads.
