KJF Audio launches SA-01 compact modular power amplifier
KJF Audio has expanded its catalog with the SA-01 power amplifier. According to the manufacturers, the novelty was decided to release due to the demand for the previous multi-channel model MA-01.
The SA-01 used an already proven modular system based on Hypex nCore circuits. Depending on the customer’s requirements, the SA-01 can be equipped with an amplifier unit from 100 to 500 watts per channel. If desired, the customer can choose the SA-01 in a monoblock configuration (the basic version is designed for stereo).
On the back of the amplifier are XLR/RCA inputs from CMC and Neutrik. You can switch between them using a special toggle switch (one for each channel).
A separate emphasis was placed on the system of protection against overloads, overheating and short circuits. In case of failures, the amplifier can be turned off automatically. The user will be able to determine the reason for the shutdown using the LED indicator.
Today, the SA-01 is available in two finishes: 8 mm aluminum and natural wood.
In the European market, the cost of the KJF SA-01 power amplifier in the initial modification was approximately 620 euros (the price increases according to the selected options).
