L-Acoustics SB10i compact premium subwoofer for home and commercial installations
The French company L-Acoustics, gradually expanding its catalog with products in new categories, introduced the SB10i compact subwoofer for home and commercial installations.
The company said that the SB10i is an attempt to package L-Acoustics branded professional sound in a compact luxury woofer system for the home. If you believe the manufacturer, the attempt was successful: the new sub turned out to be small (540x540x170 mm), relatively light (15 kg), powerful and efficient. The model got a 10-inch radiator, capable of reproducing sound up to 27 Hz at maximum pressure of 124 dB.
The company recommended using the SB10i with L-Acoustics X4i and 5XT installation speakers. According to the company, the new subwoofer and these speakers will be a good solution for a premium home system, as well as for a commercial space like a museum or a hotel.
Separate emphasis was made on the fact that SB10i assumes easy and inconspicuous installation / wiring: all the wires and fixtures installer can hide so that the subwoofer blends in harmoniously with the interior.
The price for this novelty has not yet been announced, but we already know that SB10i will be sold at the beginning of next year. Interested installers were invited to contact the company to place a pre-order.
