Master & Dynamic MW08 TWS Headphones: Larger speakers and two noise reduction modes
The TWS headphones Master & Dynamic MW08 are the next step after the model MW07 Plus. The new product has received many advantages.
The diameter of the beryllium drivers has increased by a millimeter — and for in-channel headphones, this is quite a lot. The case of the MW08 headphones is made of a combination of ceramic and aluminum, and not of acetate plastic. The shape of the charging case made of polished stainless steel has also changed.
The MW08 features hybrid active noise reduction (ANC) with two modes: ANC Max and All Day ANC, complemented by a pair of ambient sound modes — “voice” and “general”. Instead of two microphones on each earpiece, there are now three. Improved wind noise protection and communication clarity. Along with the new product, the company will also present a proprietary M&D Connect mobile application for management and configuration.
The MW08 headphones are protected from moisture according to the IPX5 standard (against splashes, but not against dives). The headphones will work from a single charge for exactly half a day. The 15-minute quick charge feature adds another 6 hours, and a full charge is achieved in 45 minutes. The battery case will provide another 30 hours.
The control on the headphones themselves is still divided between them: a volume rocker on one and a multi-function button on the other. From March 30, the new product will be available in black, white, blue and brown colors.
In the US, the Master & Dynamic MW08 headphones will cost $300.
