A reputable Chinese company has announced a compact streamer/DAC Mini-i Pro 3 with MQA support. The device is built on the ES9038Q2M chip, the clock generators are Crystek CCHD-950. PSM streams up to 768 kHz and native DSD up to 22.4 MHz are supported. Roon Ready certified.
The built-in WLAN adapter works in dual bands (2.4 / 5 MHz), there is a gigabit Ethernet port. Bluetooth receiver – supports SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD, aptX LL and LDAC codecs.
Connection to computers – via the USB-C interface, there is a digital I2S input on the HDMI connector. The unit can be used as a pre-amplifier (there are analog inputs on RCA and XLR connectors), there are also digital optical and coaxial inputs.
Built-in headphone amplifier – with normal and balanced outputs, distortion no more than 0.00028% and an output power of 1900 mW at 33 ohms on balanced output and 1270mW at 33ohms on asymmetric.
