The Waterfield Designs bag for Airpods Max headphones retains the functions of a regular Apple case
A San Francisco-based company, Waterfield Designs, has decided to improve the safety of AirPods Max headphones by releasing a trunk for storing and carrying these headphones. The AirPods Max comes with a small soft case, but it doesn’t really preserve the headphones, but rather immobilizes them. At the same time, the built-in magnet puts the AirPods Max in energy-saving mode.
To create its own version of the bag, Waterfield Designs used crowdsourcing. More than a thousand potential buyers of the new product were interviewed for its desired features. As a result, the design of a fully closed bag with a loop for carrying appeared.
Unlike the company’s minimalistic design, it completely protects the headphones. On the perimeter-a zipper, but not with one, but with two runners. The free area between them will allow you to release the USB cable and charge the headphones in the case.
The only function of the standard bag from Apple-a magnet for starting the power saving mode of headphones-is also provided in The waterfield Designs bag. In addition, the folding magnetic “butterfly” does not allow the cups to hit and RUB against each other.
Headphones in the waterfield Designs bag can also be “dressed” in a compact Apple case-this is provided by the design. Inside the bag there is a small compartment for the charger and cable. Two more pockets are located on the front and back of the bag. The first is fastened with a zipper, the second is mesh, for quick access.
The Waterfield Designs airpods Max bag comes with a brown, red, blue or black leather front with waxed canvas or ballistic nylon trim. The cost of the bag in the United States is $100.
