Subbase Audio releases Technics SP-10R table with proprietary decoupling system

The German company Subbase Audio specializes in the production of insulating stands and stands for equipment, and one of their latest developments is a table for the flagship Technics SP-10R turntable. It was possible to integrate the proprietary Subbase écho technology into the table, which was first presented in acoustics stands.

It combines two approaches: decoupling from the base on which the technique stands, and, conversely, rigid anchoring at the base itself. This design is said to be impervious to anyone walking near the turntable, as it effectively dampens unwanted resonances.

It took a year to incorporate this technology into the table – the company wanted to create “the world’s best table for a unique player.” The standard version of the SP-10R includes a fairly minimalistic table with a floating design, a tonearm on a separate platform and a power supply housed in an outer case. Subbase Audio design integrates the Technics table top and arm into a single design. Dust cover included.

Tables are made on request – the cost will be communicated when ordering.
