The Dan Clark Audio Ether 2 headphones are available in a set with three types of ear pads
The company Dan Clark Audio has offered top-end audiophile headphones Ether 2 in an expanded configuration with not one, but three pairs of ear pads. At various times, in addition to the original version of the standard ear pads, the manufacturer created two more versions for the Ether 2: perforated and made of “suede” microfiber, but they had to be purchased separately — now they are included in the so-called “system package”.
Open magnetoplanar headphones Ether 2 were released in late 2018 (then, by the way, Dan Clark Audio was still called MrSpeakers). This flagship model, according to the company, has become the ultimate expression of its love of music. In addition to the precise sound, the Ether 2 is attracted by the combination of strength and low weight: made of titanium, aluminum and carbon fiber, the headphones weigh only 290 grams.
The “system package” of Ether 2 is already on sale in the UK for £2,170. Owners of Ether 2 company Dan Clark Audio offers to buy additional ear pads at a reduced price.
