The soundtrack to the musical comedy “Metal Lords” from Netflix will be handled by Tom Morello

American guitarist Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine has become a member of Netflix’s “Metal Lords” project. According to Western press reports, Morello will act as the music producer. It is already known that the musician will work in a team with producers who once worked on Game of Thrones. Morello will be responsible for the soundtrack.

There is no detailed information about “Metal Lords” yet, but here’s what is known: this full-length film will tell about two teenagers who decided to create their own metal band and represent the school in a major competition for rockers. The film was classified as a comedy-drama genre. Apparently, we should expect something like “School of Rock” with Jack Black.

According to Netflix, “Metal Lords” should hit the service later this year.
